Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided to the Health Protection Service. 3. New floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 4. A Building Regulation Completion Certificate shall be submitted to the responsible authority towards public safety. 5. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the Authority has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the responsible authority towards public safety will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. The licence holder will give the responsible authorities a minimum of 14 days notice of the intended opening date of the premises. 6. A manager will be a member of Pub Watch. 7. CCTV cameras to be maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police and Authorised Officers are to be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Staff will be trained on to to use the system. 8. Children will only be admitted to the premises when accompanied by an adult and will not be served food or any beverage other than when in the presance of a responsible adult. 9. All bar staff will be trained in responsible drinking policies and drugs awareness. Records detailing all training provided will be kept on the premises for a minimum of 2 years for production, upon request, to a Constable or an authorised officer. 10. A Challenge 21 Proof of Age Scheme will be operated. Anyone attempting to purchase alcohol and who appears to be under the age of 21 years will be asked for proof of age; acceptable forms of ID being PASS accredited card, photo driving licence or passport. Failure to produce satisfactory proof of age will result in a refused sale. Clear, prominent and unobstructed signage of the scheme will be displayed at all public entry points and at points of sale. 11. A system of recording all sales refused will be operated at all times. 12. All staff will be trained in fire escape and health & safety at work procedures. 13. There will be signage at public exit points requesting that patrons leave the premises quietly. 14. Music will be controlled so at to prevent noise and vibration from escaping the premises.
