1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. There will be regular contact with the police and community ward officers. 3. Advanced CCTV installed inside and outside the premsies. 4. Burgurlar alarm fiktted and maintained regularly. 5. Contact with neighbourhood plice, licence watch and pub watch. 6. A refusals book must be kept on the premsies and log any under age sales. 7. Any one who appears to be under 21 shall require photographic proof of age before being sold alcohol. 8. Any new floor surfaces in public areas shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 9. Shelving and display units for the purposes of displaying alcohol must be of suitable design, construction and adequately secured. 10. A satisfactory elecrical certificate shall be provided. 11. The new premises licecne shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the shelving and any new floor surfaces to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements
