Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines. 2. CCTV will be employed both inside and outside the premises. 3. The Designated Premises supervisor or a staff member will be a member of the local 'Licence Watch'. 4. To comply with rhe reasonable requests of south Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. 5. All emergency exits are to be clearly marked and illuminated. 6. Signs will be placed inside the premises requesting that customers vacate the premises quietly at the end of the night. 7. The premises will have a scheme of managed and gradual customer departure. 8. The fire exit doors shall only be used as an emergency exit and shall not at any other time be left standing open. 9. An existing acoustic fence and balustrade with non-transparent glazed panels to the external deck are maintained. This should only be accessed for maintenance puposes. 10. There will be no windows or doors left open except for access and egress whilst the premises are in operation. 11. There will be no movement, sorting or removal of waste bottles, material or other articles nor movement of skips or bins outside the building between 22:00 and 08:30 hours Mon-Sat and 22:00 and 09:00 on Sunday and Bank Holidays. No deliveries to the building to be caried out between those hours. 12. Existing sound attenuation works shall be maintained at site. Amplified sound shall only be played within the building in such a way that noise breakout to the street does not exceed: -Background noise levels by more than 3dBA when measured as a 15 minute LAeq. Any octave band centre frequency by more that 3dB when measured as a 15 minute LAeq. 13. Subject to any necessary permissions, signs shall be placed outside the venue in any 'smoking' area, reminding patrons that they are close to residential accommodation and should be quiet while useing the facillities. 14. The DPS or a designated member of staff shall take a proactive approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons uisng external areas nad mangaging noise levels internally to prevent a nuisance being cause to the nerarest noise sensitive propertly. 15. There shall be no admittance of new customers after midnight on Tuesday to Saturdays. 16. All persons undr 18 years of age are to be accompanied by an appropriote adult. 17. The Challenge 21 proof of age sceme pro,oted by the Government must be operated at all times at the premises and must include the use of a refusals book. All staff and the Premises Licence Holder shall be trained in the operation of the Challenge 21 Scheme and how to manage confrontation and staff training records must be maintained to the satisfaction of the Licensing Authority and made available to officers of the Responsible Authoritres and the Licensing Authority on request. 18. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times that the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and police and authorise officers of the Council will be given access to images for the purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the ststem.
1. Quarterly Scheduled meetings shal be arranged between members of the management team for the Premskes and both: (i) The Sharrow Vale Community Association; and (ii) The Botanical Area Community Association. (For the avoidance of doubt if in any given quarter all parties are in agreement that there are no issues or matters to be discussed between them at this time then it shall not be a breach of this condition for the parties to collectively agree to dispense with the need for a meeting where it is deemed to be unnecessary for a meeting to be held on this particular occasion.) (2) It is further recommended by the Licensing Subcommittee that: Environmental Protection Service officers be requested to visit the Premises within three months of the commencement of its operation in order to check levels of noise break out emanating from the Premises.
