Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises other than to persons taking table meals and for consumption by such person as an ancillary to his/her meal. 3. Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor including drinking water shall be equally available with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises. 4. The restaurant area is to be lit at all times the premises are open. 5. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. A copy of the specification dated January 2010 will be available at all times for inspection of the police and authorised officers. 6. The management will implement a Challenge 21 policy regarding the sale of alcohol from the premises. 7. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 8. Floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 9. A Building Regulation Completion Certificate shall be submitted to the responsible authority for public safety within a reasonable time period after the premises has opened for business. 10. The new premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service has inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate and floor surfaces and any other matter raised during the consultation period to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in accordance with service requirements. 11. An effective door control and queuing policy will be in place at the premises. 12. Children will be accompanied by their parents, guardians or an appropriate adult over the age of 18 years old.
