1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2.The Challenge 21 policy will be implimented and appropriate identification will be sought from any person who attempts to purchase alcohol and who appears under the age of 21. The only acceptabele forms of identification will be a passport, photo driving licence and those carrying the PASS logo. 3. The premises are equiped with a comprehensive CCTV system for the premises licence holders own use, which will be maintained in good working order. Any defects will be recorded and remedied. Images recorded through the CCTV system will be retained for a minimum of 31 days. Police and other authorised officers under the Data Protection Act will be given immediate access, where practical, to the CCTV system and recorded data/images on request and completion of a 'Request for Disclosure Form'. The release of recorded images by the data controller will not be unreasonably withheld provided the request complies with the Data Protection Act. 4. When functions involving licensable activities are to utilise the 5th floor terrace, temporary barriers shall be erected at a distance of no less than 1m from the existing perimeter walls overlooking the public highway and flat roof. 5. All persons engaged at the premises with responsibility for the sale or supply of alcohol will receive adequate training and their records will be retained.
