Additional Conditions

• 1. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. A copy of the specification dated January 2010 will be available at all times for inspection of the police and authorised officers. 2. The licence holder shall ensure that all cashiers are trained to ask any customer attempting to purchase alcohol, who appears to be under the age of 25 years for evidence of age. This evidence shall be photographic, such as a passport or photographic driving licence until other effective identification technology (for example thumb print or pupil recognition) is adopted by the premises licence holder. 3. Waste receptacles for use by customers shall be provided in and immediately outside the premises. 4. All cashiers shall be trained to record refusals of sales of alcohol in a refusals register. The register will contain: - details of the time and date the refusal was made; - the name of the staff member refusing the sale; - description of the person attempted to purchase; - details of the alcohol the person attempted to purchase. This register will be available for inspection by a police officer on request
