1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Waiter/Waitress service shall be available throughout the premises opening hours. 3. None intoxicating beverages including drinking water shall be available throughout the premises opening hours. 4. Persons under the age of 18 years old will be accompanied by a responsible adult. 5. All staff who work at the premises will be fully trained to ensure that no person who is drunk or disorderly or who appears to be under the age of 18 years old is served with intoxicating liquor and such training will be carried out regularly. 6. An age verification policy will be operated at the premises. 7. The premises shall operate as the upmarket nature of the Park Lane area of the Meadowhall centre, as a restaurant with a maximum of 80 (eighty) covers for seated dining and the provision of alcohol shall be ancillary to dining with the occasional provision without meals''. 8. In the event of the unavailability of public toilets, the premises licence holder will liaise with the management of the Meadowhall centre, in order to arrange a suitable and accessible temporary public sanitary conveniences for this business use.
