Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Shelving and display units for the purposes of displaying alcohol must be of suitable design, construction and adequately secured. 3. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 4. The premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the shelving and electrical certificate to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements. 5. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 6. The Designated Premises Supervisor will be a member of Licence Watch. 7. Any accumilation of litter outside the shop will be cleared daily.
• 1. The premises will operate Challange 25 Proof of Age Scheme. A refusal book will be maintained at the premises and will be available to Responsible Authority Representatives upon reasonable request.
