1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Persons will not be allowed to congregate inside or outside of the shop. 3. No public access will be allowed directly into the sales area. 4. Fire risk assessments will be made. 5. The Premises License Holder will comply with all responsible requirements of the Responsible Authorities. 6. No children will be allowed to congregate inside or outside of the shop.
1. Litter must be removed and disposed of on a daily basis from the front of the premises. 2. The Designated Premises Supervisor is to be assigned to act as Children's Safeguarder at the premises and this role must be fulfilled in compliance with the guidance and training by the Safeguarding Children Board. 3. A refusals log detailing all refusals to sell alcohol to a person must be maintained. 4. The Challenge 25 Proof of Age Scheme must be operated at all times at the premises and must include the use of the refusals book. 5. The Designated Premises Supervisor for the pr4mises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch and annual memebership and meeting attendance must ne maintained. 6. A colour CCTV system to the specification of the South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and Police and authorised officers of the Council will be given access to images for puposes in the connection with the prevention and detection of crime. 7. The Personal Licence Holder must be on duty at the premises during all times that the premises are open and alcohol is available for sale to the public. 8. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 9. Shelving and display units for the purposes of displaying alcohol must be of a suitable design, construction and adequately secured. 10. The Varied Premises Licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the shelving and electrical certificate to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirments.
