There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. A colour digital CCTV system to the reasonable specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and Police and Authorised Officers of the Council will be given access to the images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the Management Team will be trained in the use of the system. Managers and staff will be trained in the Challange 21 scheme. Children under the age of 16 will be accompanied by an adult after 21:00 hours. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the authority has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the public safety authority will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. The licensee will give the responsible authorities a minimum of 14 days notice of the intended opening date of the premises.
