Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines. 2. Any existing CCTV will be maintained in working order, and operated when the premises are trading. 3. At the point of entry to the premises, a Challenge 25 proof of age scheme must operated in compliance with the multi agency guidance issued by the Safeguarding Children Board, Police and Trading Standards. 4.All employees, volunteers or entertainers must be aged 18 years or over. A record of each employee’s name, address, national insurance number, photograph and date of birth will be retained and these details must be checked and verified by the premises manager or premises licence holder, against other recognised forms of identity (passport; photo-driving licence). These records must be retained at the premises for a minimum of 12 months from the date of employment and made available to officers of Responsible Authorities on request. 5. Signage must be displayed at points of entry that persons under the age of 18 are prohibited and that the Challenge 25 scheme operates. 6. Persons re-entering the premises must be subject to the same security and identity checks as customers first entering the premises at any given period of trade.
