Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The applicant shall consult with the Responsible Authorities throughout the Planning of the internal area of the premises to ensure the premises complies with Sheffield City Council's Policy and Guidance, as issued under the Licensing Act 2003. 3. A permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power serving amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music. 4. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to the Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used. The designated dance floor should be delineated, suitable and adequate on size for its intended use and dancing must not take place in the area until approved by the Authority. 5. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro-active approach to noise control, checking outside the premise to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external area, and manage noise levels internally and externally so as to be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive property. 6. Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers saved for consumption in external areas provided for that purpose. 7. No customers carrying opened bottles upon entry shall be admitted to premises at anytime the premsies are open to the public. 8. It is considered that for the nature of the operation, door supervisors will not be required, however, a risk assessment will be undertaken should unusual events take place and if they consider it appropriate will employ the same. 9. Any persons exercising security (as defined by paragraph 21a of schedule 2 Private Security Act 2001) shall be licensed by the Security Industry Authority. 10. Such person will be employed at the premsies at the discretion of the designated premises supervisor/holder of the premises licence. 11. The premises licence holder must be a member of Pub Watch. 12. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and Police and authorised Officers of the Council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the Management Team will be trained in the use of the system. 13. On match days when Sheffield Wesnesday Footaball Club play at Hillsborough Stadium, no off sales are to be made 2 hours prior to kick off and will not resume until 1 hour after the end of the match. 14. The premises licence holder will comply with the reasonable requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Services. 15. Where appropriate, prominent and legible notices shall be diplayed at all exists requesting the public to respect the needs of the local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 16. The doors and windows to the premises must be double glazed. 17. No films or videos of any description will be shown so that they can be viewed by persons under the age of any applicable BBFC/Local Authority certification. 18. Children under the age of 16 shall not be premitted to enter or remain at the premises after 22:00 hours unless dining with an adult or attending a pre booked function. 19. Challenge 21 shall be operated at the premises. 20. No fixed seating or loose furniture be located within one metre of the bi-folding window to the rear of the premises on the first floor.
