Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Notice must be given for any proposed major events (capacity exceeding 499 person at any one time) under this licence in writing to South Yorkshire Police Licensing Department, South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service and Environment and Regulatory Services if possible at least six weeks in advance of the start date of any such event, or in any case a period of time to give adequate notice to allow suitable and sufficient comment to be made. All other licensable events under this licence with capacity less than 500 people, at least 14 days notice should be given. 3. A suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment should be provided to cover each event to be staged. 4. South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service should be notified of any planned meetings as described in section P(b) of the application. 5.All events in Parks and Countryside go through the Outdoor Events Manager (City Centre and Major Events representative) detailed events application procedure before permission for use of the site is granted. 6.Risk assessment and other event specific information including stewarding and policing proposals will be discussed at event planning meetings between the licensee (or representatives) and responsible authorities where appropriate. 7. The Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board practice for events will be followed in relation to all events taking place eg risk assessments, crb check, access to alcohol, designated drinking areas, lost children, unaccompanied young people's provision.
