Additional Conditions

• 1.At the point of entry to the premises, a Challenge 25 proof of age scheme must be operated in compliance with the multi agency guidance issued by the Safeguarding Children Board, Police and Trading Standards. (I attach a copy for the consideration of the Licensing Board.) 2.All employees, volunteers or entertainers must be aged 18 years or over. A record of each employee’s name, address, national insurance number, photograph and date of birth will be retained and these details must be checked and verified by the premises manager or premises licence holder, against other recognised forms of identity (passport; photo-driving licence). These records must be retained at the premises for a minimum of 12 months from the date of employment and made available to officers of Responsible Authorities on request. 3.Signage must be displayed at points of entry that persons under the age of 18 are prohibited and that the Challenge 25 scheme operates. 4.Persons re-entering the premises must be subject to the same security and identity checks as customers first entering the premises at any given period of trade. 5. The premises must be covered by external and internal CCTV. 6. Entrance must abe by security check by the receptionist, with the entrance locked and CCTV camera surveillance. 7.Security Staff are provided at weekends and evenings. 8.All bedrooms have panic alarms installed. 9.To comply with the reasonable requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service.
