Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Events will be assesed on an individual basis and the relevant amount of security staff will be employed at each event. 3. Last entry to the premises will be 23:00 hours. 4. No children will be allowed on the premises after 21:00 hours. 5. The challenge 25 policy shall be operated at all times. Conditions agreed with the Environmental Protection Service. 6. The premises is limited to six outdoor events in one calendar year that include the playing of amplified sound. 7. All doors and windows shall be closed, save for access and egress, when amplified sound is present in the premises. 8. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premise to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external area and manage noise levels internally so as to be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive property. 9. The premises licence holder shall prominently display A5 notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quite and orderly fashion to respect the local neighbours needs. Conditions agreed with the Health Protection Service. 10. Licensable activities shall be restricted to the first floor showroom, the café and the courtyard in accordance with the plan. 11.A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises 12.A permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment. 13.When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the authority.
