Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The DPS will be a member of the local pub watch scheme. 3. A CCTV system will be operated and maintained. 4. Persons under the age of 18 must be off the premises by 9pm unless accompanied and dining, or attending a private pre-booked family orientated function. 5. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. 6. All doors and windows shall be closed, save for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 7. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external area and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. 8. The premises licence holder shall prominentley display A4 notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quite and orderly fashion to respect the local neighbours needs. 9. Signs shall be placed outside the venue and in any 'smoking' area reminding patrons that they are close to residential accomodation and should be quite while using the facilities. 6. A member of staff must be designated as 'Children's safeguarder' at the premises. This person must act in compliance with the guidance issued by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board. 7. The age verification scheme must include refusals records, staff training records and signage to be displayed at points of sale and entry to the premises.
