1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Customers will only be served through a hatch between 12:45am and 05:00am hours every day. There will be no public access to the premises during these hours. 3. A colour CCTV system will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open, cameras are to be positioned to view patrons entering the premises and positioned outside the premises. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days, police will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. 4. The premises will be a member of any local Licence Watch scheme, annual membership will be maintained. 5. Shelving and display units for the purposes of displaying alcohol must be of suitable design, construction and adequately secured. 6. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided. 7. All staff and the Premises Licence Holder shall be trained in the operation of the Challenge 25 scheme. Staff training records must be maintained and made available to the officers of the Responsible Authorities and the Licensing Authority upon request. 8. The holder of the Premises Licence shall ensure that staff are trained to ask any individual who appears to be under 25 years of age seeking to purchase or be supplied with alcohol at or from the premises shall produce means of identification - passport, photo driving licence or PASS accredited photo ID - proving that individual to be 18 years of age or older. If the person seeking alcohol is unable to produce acceptable means of identification, no sale or supply of alcohol will be made to or for that person. 9. A written log shall be kept of all refusals including refusals to sell alcohol. The holder of the Premises Licence shall ensure the refusals log is maintained. 10. No deliveries to the premises will take place between 22:00 and 05:00 hours. 11. Signage will be displayed requesting customers to leave in a quiet and orderly fashion in order to respect the needs of local residents.
