The premises are to close at 03:00 hours each day. 3. Tables and chairs are to be removed from the external area at 24:00 hours each day. 4. The premises licence holder shall prominently display notices reminding patrons to respect the local neighbours needs when leaving the premises and utilising the permises and outside seating area. 5. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises to the Health Protection Service.
