Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The proof of age scheme shall indicate the prominent display of signage at the premises, maintenance of refusals log and staff training records. 3. Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted after 18:00 hours. 4. Adult entertainment and the promotion of this is prohibited while persons under the age of 18 years are at the premises. 5. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. CCTV footage shall be downloaded and provided to South Yorkshire Police on request. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. A copy of the specification dated January 2010 will be available at all times for inspection of the police and authorised officers. 6. To acquire a suitable number of radio set(s) for that premise and take the CCRAC Radio Scheme into use at all times when trading, and continue to be a user whilst this system / facility is in use in Sheffield. 7. The premises will be required to provide 7 days notice in writing to South Yorkshire Police before holding a strip show. Strip shows will be limited to 11 per year. 8. Door staff will work Fridays, Saturdays and Bank Holidays from 09:00am until close. 9. An incident log will be kept on the premises. 10. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises before any licensable activies are carried out on the premises. 11. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music. 12. A Building Regulation Completion Certificate shall be submitted to the public safety Responsible Authority. 13. Amplified sound or live music shall only be played within the building in such a way that noise breakout to the streets does not exceed: (i) background noise levels by more than 3 dBA when measured as a 15 minute LAeq (ii)any octave band centre frequency by more than 3 dB when measured as a15 min Leq 14. The external and inner acoustic lobby doors serving the main entrance on Eyre Street shall not be left propped open at any time.
