Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Shelving and display units for the purposes of displaying alcohol must be of a suitable design, construction and adequately secured. 3. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided. 4. A CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open (in line with specification July 2011) . The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. (see attachment). 5. The challenge 25 scheme will be operated at the premises. Only photo identification will be accepted as proof of age such as passports, driving licences, proof of age cards. 6. Staff will be trained and monitored in the challenge 25 scheme and records will be kept. 7. Challenge 25 posters and literature will be displayed on and around the premises 8. A refusals log will be kept and maintained when the sale of alcohol is refused.
