Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A close circuit TV system will be installed and maintained. Images will be recorded and retained and are to be handed to the Police/LocalAuthority on request. 3. The reasonable requirements of the Fire Officer to be complied with. 4. The licence will not become effective until the Local Authority are satisfied that the requirements of the Fire Officer and Building Control have been complied with. 5. No external deliveries to take place between the hours of 9pm and 7am the following day. 6. All staff will be trained in relation to underage related sales of alcohol. 7. A proof of age scheme will be in place. 8. Think 21 scheme will be in place and notices of this prominently displayed within the store. 9. There will be an Electronic till prompt when alcohol is scanned through tills to remind staff to check the age of the purchaser. 10. A record will be kept where a sale of alcohol is refused.
