Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A CCTV system shall be installed and operated at the premises. The images recorded by the system shall be retained in an unedited format for a period of not less that 31 days, and made available to an officer of a responsible authority upon request. 3. The Challenge 25 Policy shall be adopted and all staff trained in its implementation. 4. Only passports, photo card driving licences and those featuring the PASS logo will be accepted as valid forms of identification. 5. Signs will be located at the point of sale and on shelves where alcohol is kept advising customers that the Challenge 25 Policy is in force. 6. Staff will be trained in the law regarding under age sales, and that training will be repeated at regular intervals. 7. A refusals log shall be kept at the premises and made available for inspection to an officer of a responsible authority upon request. 8. Each till will incorporate a prompt system in relation to age restricted items. 9. Members of staff shall ensure that the external perimeter of the premises is kept clean and tidy.
