Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open (in line with specification July 2011) . Police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. 3. A refusals book will be maintained to record where sales of alcohol are challenged or refused 4. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the fixed wiring installations to the premises 5. Adequate training will be provided to staff members before appointment and on an annual basis. 6. Fire exits will be kept clear and signs will be visable. 7. Internal and external lighting will be of a good standard and maintained. 8. There will be regular safety training for staff. 9. Signage will be displayed to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises quietly. 10. A suitable number of litter bins will be provided. 11. A challenge 21 policy will be in place to ensure alcohol is only sold to persons over the age of 18.
