Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2.All staff will be trained on the Licensing laws and objectives and will sign a competency sheet. 3.All health & safety regulations will be met and adhered to. 4. All staff will be trained on the law regarding serving alcohol to children. 5. A challenge 21 scheme will be in operation at the premises and ID will be required for anyone who appears to be under 21. A till prompt will request an ID check when alcohol is purchased. 6. The premises will operate in a restaurant style which shall be primarily for the consumption of table meals, with seating and tables for dining and food available throughout the permitted hours. The provision of alcohol for consumption on the premises shall be ancillary to dining. 7. A CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open (in line with specification July 2011) . The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. 8. Clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting that the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 9. No unaccompanied under 16's after 21.00
