1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Alcohol shall only be displayed in locations set out on the accompanying plans (ref:01/08/2012 - LB 6277). All spirits and champagnes are to be displayed behind checkout areas to which only members of staff have access. 3. There shall be no more than 10% of teh shop floor area being used to display alcohol. 4. The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that alchol is not sold in an open container or consumed in the licensed premises. 5. A Personal Licence Holder shall be on duty within the premises for a minimum of 40 hours per week. 6. A challenge 25 policy will be employed whereby those individuals who appear to be under the age of 25 and are attempting to purchase alcohol will be asked to provide identification. The only type of identification that will be accepted is a passport, photo driving licence or PASS accredited identification. Staff shall be trained in this policy. Training records shall be kept and made available for inspection at the premises by the police or an authorised officer of the licensing authority at all times whilst the premises are open. 7. Prominent notices will be displayed at points of sale advising customers that they may be asked to provide evidence of age. 8. A till prompt will be installed which will ask for a cashier to confirm they have checked the age for age restricted products. 9. All refused sales of alchol will be kept in the store refusals register book. The log will include the date and time of the refused the sale. The log will be available for inspection at the premises by the police or an authorised officer of the Council at all times whilst the premises is open.
