• 1. CCTV will be in place with screened admittance via electric door lock with camera. 2. To work closely and liase with South Yorkshire Police. 3. Over 18's only to be allowed entry. Identification required for proof of age. 4. The entrances, exit walkways and external areas will be well lit. 5. Large groups and intoxicated persons will be refused entry. 6. No noise will emanate from the premises. 7. Customers awaiting taxis will remain inside the premises whilst waiting.
• Conditions imposed at a Licensing Committee hearing -6th December 2012 1.At the point of entry to the premises, a Challenge 25 proof of age scheme must be operated. This must include refusals records, signage and staff training records. 2. All employees, volunteers or entertainers must be aged 18 years or over. A record of each employees name, address, national insurance number, photograph and date of birth will be retained and these details must be checked and verified by the premises manager or premises licence holder, against other recognised forms of identity (passport: photo-driving licence). These records must be retained at the premises for a minimum of 12 months from the date of employment and made available to officers of Responsible Authorities on request. 3. Signage must be displayed at points of entry that persons under the age of 18 are prohibited and that the Challenge 25 scheme operates. 4. Persons re entering the premises must be subject to the same security and identity checks as customers first entering the premises at any given period of trade.
