Additional Conditions

• 1. A CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open (in line with specification July 2011) . The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. 2. Alcohol will only be sold to customers who have purchased food. 3. Any disorder will be reported to South Yorkshire Police. 4. There will be no trip hazards at the premises and all public and external areas will be cleaned as required. 5. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. 6. The challenge 25 policy will be operated at all times. 7. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
