Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The Designated Premises Supervisor or other such responsible member of staff must be assigned to act as the co-ordinator for ensuring that risk management systems are operating and staff are trained in relation to safeguarding children at all times. This person must act in compliance with the training and guidance provided by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board and other relevant responsible authorities. 3. A member of staff must carry out a check for litter and broken glass in the immediate area surrounding the premises each evening after the premises has closed and remove any such litter/broken glass. 4. Clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 5. A CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open (in line with specification July 2011). The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. 6. The premises will maintain a register of refusals and incidents. Such records will be kept and made available for inspection of the authorities. 7. The Challenge 25 scheme must operate including a refusals log, signage and the maintenance of staff training records. 8. Staff will receive training on matters concerning underage sales, drugs policies, and operating procedures. Records of such training will be kept and made available for inspection of the authorities. 9. Policies in relation to children shall be adequately communicated to patrons by staff through appropriate signage. 10. A personal licence holder shall be on the premises each day from 12pm (midday) until close when alcohol is being sold. 11. Sale of alcohol shall cease at 21:00 hours each day.
