1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the fire officer from time to time. 3. The premises will have adequate safety and fire fighting equipment and such equipment will be maintained in good operational order. 4. The means of escape shall be kept clear and in good operational condition. 5.Noise shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby noise sensitive properties. 6. A suitable CCTV system will be maintained and in use at all times the premises are open to the public. The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and police and authorised officers of the Licensing Authority will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. 7. A litter bin will be provided in the customer area.
