Additional Conditions
1. A digital motion activated CCTV system will be operated where images are retained on a hard drive system. The CCTV equipment will be of a standard suitable to record images of a proper quality, it will meet the industry standards and will have Kalagate Certification. As part of the digital system an alarm will sound if the equipment if faulty or not recording, thereby alerting management for the need to intervene. The CCTV system is regularly serviced by qualified maintenance technicians. 2. Access to the CCTV system will be provided to Police officers at their request. 3. All shift running managers have safety and security training. 4. The store shall operate a 'No Open Alcohol Containers' policy. 5. Litter patrols will be carried out within a certain radius of the restaurant and will act upon recommendation from the Environmental Health Department.
