1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The applicant or their representative shall consult with the Health Protection Service in order to ensure that relevant works, with respect of public safety, are completed to the satisfaction of the Health Protection Service. 3. A Building Regulation Completion certificate shall be submitted to the Health Protection Service within a reasonable time period after the premises has opened for business. 4. The supply of alcohol shall be ancillary to customers who are seated and are there primarily for eating purposes. 5. A CCTV system will be installed on the premises. 6. Reasonable steps will be taken to ensure that customers leave the premises quietly. 7. All staff who work at the premises are specifically briefed on the importance of their responsibilities to ensure customers are 18 and if in doubt, proof of age will be required. 8. Any child under the age of 16 will be the responsibility of an accompanying parent / adult.
