Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. With respect to consumption of alcohol on the premises, the premises shall operate in a restaurant style which shall be primarily for the consumption of table meals, with seating and tables for dining and food available throughout the permitted hours. 3. A Building Regulation Completion Certificate shall be submitted to the responsible authority for public safety within a reasonable time period after the premises has opened for business. 4. The capacity for customers eating and drinking on the premises shall not exceed 50 persons. 5. All front of house staff will be appropriately trained to identify when customers are excessively drunk, trained to refuse service to anyone directly attempting to purchase or purchase on behalf of people who are drunk. Staff will be trained in drug awareness. A refusals log book will actively document such occasions and the action taken by staff to prevent and further disorder. 6. Use of the outside space will be prohibited beyond 22:30 hours and the doors to the courtyard closed to control the risk of noise pollution. 7. Signage will be erected to inform customers of the need to vacate the premises quietly in order to control the risk of nuisance to local residents. 8. All deliveries and collections will take place between 09:00am and 17:00 hours on weekdays. 9. All staff will be trained to adhere to a Challenge 21 policy, this will be advertised and enforced on the premises.
