1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. CCTV will be installed. 3. Notices will be displayed advising the public to be respectful of the fact that this is a residential area. 4. Alcohol displays will be out of the reach of children and vulnrable individuals. 5. No alcohol shall be consumed on the premises unless it is an organised wine tasting evening, in which case the premises will not be open to the general public, and clear signage will displayed to advise this. These events will be organised by invite only. 6. The Challenge 25 policy will be adopted at all times. 7. A notice will be displayed to the public requesting that they do not attempt to drink any alcohol purchased from the premises in the vicinity, and to not cause a public nuisance by behaving respectfully. 8. Alcohol deliveries will be made at appropriate times of the day through the back entrance of the premises.
