Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 3. A permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment for the prupose of live music. 4. The premises will operate as a restaurant and the provision of alcohol shall be ancillary to dining. 5. Staff training will be provided and maintained in relation to the sale of alcohol and complance with the law in relation to the consumption of alcohol by persons under 18 years of age. 6. The Challenge 21 policy shall be adopted. 7. All doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 8. No gaming machines will be installed within the premises.
