1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The premises shall operate as a community restaurant with tables and seating to accomodate 24 covers for dining and the provision of alcohol with food. 3. A satisfactory electrical certificate for the premises should be current and available for inspection on request by the responsible authorities. 4. A Challenge 25 scheme must operate including a refusals log, signage and the maintenance of staff training records. 5. Children under the age of 18 years will be permitted onto the premises until 19:00 hours and musty be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, notices will be displayed to inform customers of this policy.
