Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The premises shall operate as a community restaurant with tables and seating to accomodate 24 covers for dining and the provision of alcohol with food. 3. A satisfactory electrical certificate for the premises should be current and available for inspection on request by the responsible authorities. 4. A Challenge 25 scheme must operate including a refusals log, signage and the maintenance of staff training records. 5. Children under the age of 18 years will be permitted onto the premises until 19:00 hours and musty be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, notices will be displayed to inform customers of this policy. 6. The use of door supervisors will be risk assessed on an event by event basis. Where engaged, door staff shall be licensed by the SIA. 7. Clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting that the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 8. The premises will maintain a register of refusals and incidents. Such records will be kept and made available for inspection of the authorities. 9. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premise to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance. 10. All doors and windows shall be closed, save for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises.
