1. The Premises shall predominately operate as a retail shop, with the occasional provision of alcoholic drinks to bonafide customers on the premises for promotional purposes only. 2. A CCTV system shall be in place and operational during trading hours. 3. The premises will operate the challenge 21 scheme and the appropriate signage will be displayed. 4. Written records will be kept of any refusals of sales of age restricted products. 5. A training programme will be implemented for any members of staff to ensure they ask for age verification documents and refuse sales to anyone without the appropriate document ie. driving licence, passport, citizen card). 6. The business will not stock brands or products such as "alcopops" which are deliberately marketed to a younger audience. 7. All public areas will be kept free from litter. The bins used will be kept at the back of the premises away from the public and emptied regularly in the daytime.
