Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. CCTV to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises is open. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and police and authorised officers of the Council will be given access to the images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. An updated copy of the specification will be available at all times for inspection by Police and Authorised Officers. 3. Challenge 25 Scheme will be operated in the premises and the appropriate signage will be displayed throught the premises to show this. 4. Proxy Sales signage will be clearly displayed throughout the premises. 5. Signage will be displayed throughout the premises advising customers to leave the premises quietly. 6. The Premises Licence Holder will be a member of Licence Watch. 7. No alcohol deliveries will occur before 08:00 hours or after 20:00 hours. 8. A refusals register will be kept and maintained at all times.
