Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. All alcohol purchased on-line or by telephone will only be delivered to a residential address. 3. The Challenge 25 Scheme shall be operated. If the customer appears to be younger than 25, identification will be required to complete the transaction, if no ID is supplied, the sale will be refused. 4. The Police will be informed immediately of any unlawful activities in or around the delivery address. 5. All delivery vehicles will not be permitted to play loud music after 19:00 hours.
1. All deliveries to the premises from external suppliers are to be restricted to two per week and between the times 09:00 to 17:00 hours Monday to Thursday. 2. The applicant is to deliver from the premises on Tuesday to Thursday inclusive no later than 01:00am and Friday and Saturday no later than 02:00am hours. 3. The applicant will take reasonable steps to prevent noise nuisance emanating from the premises gates. 4. The business will operate strictly as an internet/telephone ordering and delivery service. 5. There will be no transactions to take place with customers who call in person at the premises.
