A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 3. CCTV cameras will be installed inside and outside the premises and operational when the premises are open. Footage will be stored for 28 days. Staff will be trained how to use the system and all incidents and accidents will be reported to the police. 4. An incident log will be kept and maintained at all times. 5. No alcohol or tobacco products are permitted to be sold.
