Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A satisfactory Electrical Certificate shall be provided for the premises. 3. The premises shall operate with a CCTV system. Recordings shall be retained for a period of not less than 28 days. 4. In the absence of the DPS, a nominated person will be present and in charge of the premises and duly authrised in writing by the DPS. 5. Initial training upon employment and subsequent refresher training for any employee who is not the holder of a Personal Licence to sell alcohol will be provided by the Designated Premises Supervisor on a six monthly basis. 6. All training will be recorded in training records which will be produced for inspection upon the request of any Responsible Authority. 7. Challenge 21 will be in operation in the premises. 8. There will be clear signage at all entrances/exits and any till points showing that Challenge 21 is in operation. 9. Any person appearing to be under the age of 21 years will be challenged to produce identification to prove that they are over the age of 18 years. The only acceptable forms of identification will be current and valid passport, current and valid photo ID Driving Licence or a current and valid Pass Approved ID Card unless any other documents are recommended by the Government in the future.
