Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Regular risk assesments will be carried out to ensure that there isn't an overcrowding of people within the store, and in the unlikely event that a greater number of people congrgate within the store, people will be asked to leave. 3. All doors and windows will be kept closed at night to prevent transmission of noise. 4. Staff will be trained to ensure compliance with the law in relation to consumptioon of alcohol by persons under 21 years of age, including prevention of adults buying alcohol for children. 5. A Challenge 25 scheme must operate including a refusals log, signage and the maintenance of staff training records. 6. Clear and legible notices must be displayed at all exits requesting that the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 7. A CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open(in line with specification July 2012). The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to the images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. 8. The Designated Premises Supervisor will take a proactive approach to discourage persons gathering outside the premises. Notices asking customers not to congregate outside the shop to be displayed in appropriate locations. 9. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided.
