Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The sale of alcohol shall be ancillary to the main activity of the premises as a hair and beauty salon. 3. The maximum capacity for members of the public on the licensed premises shall not exceed 30 persons. 4. There shall be no provision of draft alcohol. 5. Toilet facilities shall be available to customers using the premises during any licensable activity. 6. Initial training upon employment and subsequent refresher training at appropriate intervals will be provided by the Designated Premises Supervisor for any employee who is not the holder of a Personal Licence that is involved with the sale of alcohol. 7. The sale of alochol by retail will be permitted only to customers or guests of the premises. 8. Challenge 21 will be in operation in the premises. Any person appearing to be under the age of 21 years will be challenged to produce identification to prove that they are over the age of 18 years should they attempt to purchase alcohol. The only acceptable forms of identification will be photographic ID bearing a hologram and date of birth.
