Additional Conditions

• 1. CCTV covers front entrance and car park. 2. Downstairs windows are kept closed during opening hours. 3. “Please respect our neighbours and leave quietly” signs are in place. 4. No unaccompanied children allowed on the premises. 5. Accompanied children are only allowed in designated areas and must be off the premises by 20:00 hours. 6. Noise from licensed activities will be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive property after 23:00 hours. If a justified noise nuisance complaint is determined from licensed activities on the premises, no amplified sound shall be played within the building except through an in-house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter. The settings of which shall be set to noise levels so as to be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive property. 7. If a justified noise nuisance complaint is determined from licensed activities from the premises, all fire doors are to be fitted with a cut off system linked to the in-house amplified sound system. 8. All windows and doors are to be kept closed at all times, except for access or egress, when amplified sound is present in the pub. 9. No external music is to be played outside, including the beer garden/patio area, at any time. 10. Management and team to be highly visible within the customer area, monitor customer behaviour and effectively manage any disorder issues both inside and outside the premises. 11. The beer garden to the rear to close no later than 23:00 hours, respecting the local residents to the side of the car park. 12. Illumination is provided to the exterior areas of the pub. 13. First aid equipment and material is available on the premises.
