Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises. 2. The sale, supply and consumption of intoxicating liquor shall be confined to: a. Students and staff of the University of Sheffield and their guests. b. Persons attending conferences and other private functions to be held at Stephenson Hall. 3. The Designated Premises Supervisor shall be a member of Sheffield Licence Watch (or any replacement scheme) and shall participate in such scheme. 4. A fire safety risk assessment shall be carried out and the findings implemented. 5. No licensable activities shall take place under this premises licence until any reasonable requirements of the police, fire service and regulatory and environmental services of Sheffield City Council have been incorporated and complied with. 6. Dancing shall only take place if a suitable and sufficient portable dance floor is provided for the occasion. 7. A4 notices shall be displayed prominently at all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion in respect of the needs of local neighbours and site residents. 8. All windows and doors shall be closed except for access and egress after 23:00 hours Sunday to Thursday and midnight Friday and Saturday. 9. No regulated entertainment (other than background music) shall take place except in the bar and inner lobby as shown on the plans. 10. The external terrace area shall not be used after 23:00 hours Sunday to Thursday and midnight Friday and Saturday. 11. A proof of age scheme is to be in place. Any students who are under 18 years of age are to be issued with special identity cards recording this.
