Additional Conditions
1. New floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 2. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 3. The first floor shall not be used for licensable activities until the Health Protection Service have liased and agreed with the applicant regarding the internal layout, the provision of facilities, and any other issue raised regarding the use of the first floor. 4. The premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate, floor surfaces and any other matter raised during the consultation period, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addresses in the respect of service requirements. 5. Two SIA accredited door staff shall be employed at the premises at such times as are deemed necessary by the DPS/Premises Licence Holder and also upon any reasonable request by the Police Licensing Officer, having regard for example to football matches taking place in the vicinity 6. A CCTV system at the premises to the specification and satisfaction of South Yorkshire Police, this will be maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. The CCTV shall need to cover any outside drinking area, and the car park. The CCTV images will be stored for a minimum of 30 days, and would be made available to an authorised Officer of the Council, on production of an appropriate written authorisation. Police would also be given access to and may take custody of the images or take copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 7. Active participation in the ‘Challenge 21’ scheme, with clearly displayed signage to advertise this measure. 8. To comply with the reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue. 9. No person under the age of 18 years is permitted on the premises after 21:00 hours, save for those who are accompanied by an adult and seated and dining or who are attending a bona fide pre-booked family orientated function. 10. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must be fitted to protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 11. First aid equipment and material is to be made available on the premises. 12. At least one member of staff will be designated to take lead responsibility for child protection issues. 13. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 14. Due to the absence of a suitable food hoist, there shall be no transportation of food from the 1st floor to the ground floor using the public staircase during times when the 1st floor room is being used by members of the public. 15. The maximum capacity on the first floor shall not exceed 60 persons.
