1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises. 2. Entrance area is covered by CCTV cameras, large area, including upstairs is not accessible during the evenings and weekends. 3. All users are reminded when leaving the building that they quite as it a residential area. 4. Activities involving children are attended by their parents. 5.
