Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. An age verification scheme must apply to assist with the enforcement and requirements of film classification and to prevent underage sale/consumption of alcohol. The age verification scheme should include a refusals log and signage (on site and ID requirements to be included in publicity/promotion materials). 3. A written risk assessment should be undertaken in relation to children and young people. 4. A procedure for lost children and vulnerable young unaccompanied people should be written into the operating policy and stewards made aware of this. 5. Plastic drinkware will be used to ensure that glass bottles and glass drinking vessels are not given to customers throughout the event. 6. A Challenge 21 scheme will be in operation at all times throughout the event. 7. There will be on site supervision from stewards throughout the event. 8. First aiders will be available throughout the event.
