1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. . 2. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises 3. Shelving and display units for the purposes of displaying alcohol must be of suitable design, construction and adequately secured. 4. The varied premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the shelving and any new floor surfaces to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements 5. CCTV to be installed to the standard set by SYP 6. A copy of the SYP Violent Incident Protocol to be displayed within the premises in sight of staff. This protocol should also form part of staff training and training records to reflect such input. 7. The holder of the premises licence shall nominate a member of staff to remove and dispose of any litter outside the premises originating from their business 8. Efferts shall be made to ensure that there will be no congregating in or outside the premises. . 9. Challenge 21 scheme will be in operation. 10. The DPS is to be nominated as the lead safeguarder. 11. The DPS shall be a member of the Sheffield Licence Watch.
