Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The maximum capacity for the premises shall not exceed 40 persons. 3. Due to the absence of a suitable food hoist, there shall be no transportation of hot food and hot drinks from the ground floor to the first floor using the public staircase. 4. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 5. A Building Regulation Completion Certificate shall be submitted to the authority responsible for public safety. 6. New floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall have a suitable non slip finish. 7. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this Licence until the authority has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the public safety authority will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 8. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. A copy of the specification dated January 2010 will be available at all times for inspection of the police and authorised officers. 9. The Challenge 25 proof of age scheme will be in operation at the premises. 10. No Persons under the age of 18 years will be permitted in the building during permitted opening hours.
